Wetsuits are permitted. Cold water inductions are available Tuesday 08:00am and Thursday 08:30am. Please contact the Lido to find out when our Sunday inductions are running.
The sessions are an hour long not 30 minutes. The posted time is the entry time and you will have an hour in the water from entry.
(Please note the pool is not heated at all during our cold water season)
